Love it! Its a great training tool, and you can listen to your music at the same time. Ive been out of running for awhile, and its helping me get back on track.

Im 52 and never ran a day in my life

I felt I needed more than just a gym workout and started with 5k runner. Im not a small guy either, coming in around 225 lbs. At the beginning I couldnt run for more than a minute without screaming a bunch of expletives. It took me only a few months before I ran my first 5k. Now Im 3/4 of the way through 10K Runner. It works.

Easy & Motivational

Im getting back into the running game after an extended absence. I love this app! It saves your data and keeps advancing you. If you take a step away, you can repeat levels as many times as you like until you are where you want to be.

Great for the Non-athlete

I started using the app because I havent exercised in years and wanted to be more active. This has been great for me. The app starts with gradual spurts of runs and gradually increments. By the time you need to run for longer periods you almost think you cant make it. If you consistently work out with 10K Runner by the time you reach this point, YOU CAN DO IT! I am not a runner but not I am exceeding my own expectations.

Horrible

I used this app several times completed the 10K twice working on the third time then all of the sudden now they want more money after I had already paid for the ad free version. Use caution after week 2 day 1 it will require monthly fee or lifetime of $10.

Effective and motivating

Excellent app for safely initiating training or recreational running. It feels great to look back at the start and recognize progress in your whole body! Motivating and fun!

One of the good ones

Returning to running after a year of not running, I chose this app to get me back up to speed. Ive gotten to the 5k level and will keep going. Its easy to use. Reasonable goals yet it gives you a sense of progress. And it looks nice. I can easily see what stage of any given run is next and the voice prompts and signals are useful. I got it when it went up for free a while ago. But it is worth paying for.
