Great for the Non-athlete
I started using the app because I havent exercised in years and wanted to be more active. This has been great for me. The app starts with gradual spurts of runs and gradually increments. By the time you need to run for longer periods you almost think you cant make it. If you consistently work out with 10K Runner by the time you reach this point, YOU CAN DO IT! I am not a runner but not I am exceeding my own expectations.
