Great app

Its got me from sitting on the couch with a beer 40 lbs overweight to 3k and Im on my way to 10k. I just follow the prompts and do the work. Excellent app.

This is an incredible app. Seriously never thought I would ever be a "runner" and now I run 5 times a week! Love it.

Great app!

This has been a great app to get me running again. I like the way the intervals are constructed as compared to other walk-run programs I have done. I appreciate the visual display on my iPad to let me know where I am in the workout. I like that I can play my music while this app is running and see what songs are playing, skip songs, etc. I like the voice of the female coach who provides prompts and encouragement along the way. I highly recommend this app - it was a great investment!

Great app!

Love the progressive model. The voice commands are great. Only thing is that if the app isnt the last thing you look at, it will only send you on screen notifications instead of voice which can make you miss when to run and walk if you arent staring at your screen.

Bought their 5k app last summer and loved going out to my first colour run as a reward. Was really happy with the progressive program. Avoided any real aches or injuries. This year decided to go for 10k! I really appreciate how the program never feels overwhelming.

I went from a couch potato to a 5k runner and am on my way to a 10k runner...and then 1/2 Marathon Runner!...and then who knows?! This is a great app that keeps you motivated and makes it easy and a no-brainer!

I love this app! I really like that your music plays through the prompts. Its easy to follow and I especially love not checking my watch to see if my run time starts or ends!

Good pace

I have run before but had difficulty reaching long term goals without burning myself out. This app sets a good pace which may feel slow at first but forces me to rest longer between runs. At the very least it tracks how far Ive run and which distances were running and which were walking.

I hate run but with this app I start to love and enjoy indoor and outdoors running !

Anyone can be a runner

I like working out and going to the gym but I always said that I cant run and Im just not a runner. This app completely changed that. Its easy to start and the runs make it easy to slowly build up your endurance. Really great app and I actually look forward to running now.

Excellent app, always wanted to be a runner, running clubs just are not my thing. This app is my best friend! From 100lbs over weight to 5k! Heading to running my first 10k race this year. Love it!!
