Exactly what I need!

Ive never been able to keep with any program until now. It pushes you far enough to make consistent progress, without pushing you too far and causing a burnout.

Ive never been a runner and this app has made a huge difference in how much endurance and distance I can make.

Takes the thinking out of running

I love it! I run until it says walk and vice versa. So far its been great! I have done 5 runs. It provides a total calories and a map of where I have gone. This is what I needed to get moving and stop making excuses for myself. I am changing my life and they way I feel one day one workout and one run at a time

Made the impossible possible

I started with c25k however had so much success I decided to keep going. I was seriously injured almost 2 years ago and couldnt imagine myself getting back up and running. This app kept me going at a pace that made the impossible possible. Every time I complete a day I feel a great sense if accomplishment. Thank you so much!

Love it!

I am looking to lose more than 50 lbs and was worried that I wouldnt be able to do this. Im starting week three and although Im not fast I am totally able to do each workout. I use the email feature to stay accountable. Love how my iTunes playlists are played though the app and I dont have to toggle back and forth. That 50 lbs is on the way out!

This is a very nice app with proper schedule, ability to repeat workout, log it and keeps you motivated with all inspiration and reminders. I used 5K and 10K apps. Did half-marathon by myself by following another plan that was easy for me in 8 weeks after my 10K

10K Runner Starting Over

I was a 10K runner. Because of an auto accident, I had one knee rebuilt. Needless to say, I was unable to continue my lifestyle as a runner. I was doing some light swimming along with intensive physical therapy. For fourteen long months, I was a miserable person. I truly missed running. I gained weight, grouchy, developed poor eating habit and experienced restless sleep. When I was given the green light to start running again four weeks ago, I went to an old app, "Run Training Pro" on my iPhone. This was the app I previously used during my training as a 10K runner. I was surprised to find out that this app was no longer working. I contacted their customer service numerous times without any success. I knew that I needed to start training all over again like I have never ran before. After doing some research, I decided to purchase 10K Runner. Im here to tell you that this app is worth every penny. It is even better than my old app. I am four weeks into my training and have experienced zero pain. My knee is holding up well. I went to see my doctor last week for a follow up and he recommended me to continue training. I will become a 10K runner once again in no time at all. This app is a must-have for anybody who wishes to become a 10K runner or training to become a 10K runner once again. Do yourself a favor and purchase this app. Your body will thank you for it.

Great Guide to Fitness

This program gave me just enough motivation to get through each programmed day. It was easy to follow and commit to.

Love this app. I downloaded the 10k instead of the 5k and probably should have started with the 5k. I tend to stop and start the app over. But it always keeps me motivated and is a great way to get started again. I do miss the male voice over and wish I had to option to pick him over the women voice. Thought that was a silly update!

Great app, easy to use interface and straight-forward instructions/screen layout make use a breeze. Got me from couch to hero with plan that was achievable for my out of shape body. Totally recommend for anyone wanting to start running. Two suggestions for improvement: 1.) currently the only way the app will track distance is if location services are enabled - but they only give option of ALWAYS ON or Off. I keep it off for battery life. Please allow choice of "location service on when app in use" like other running apps I use. 2.) would be helpful to have voice option to announce next activity. Instead of "start running", have option for "start running 1.5 min", or "walk 2 min". Knowing what is next for my activity is helpful psychologically, and having voice announce would be less disruptive than having to look at my tucked away phone. Otherwise perfect app.
