Love it!
I am looking to lose more than 50 lbs and was worried that I wouldnt be able to do this. Im starting week three and although Im not fast I am totally able to do each workout. I use the email feature to stay accountable. Love how my iTunes playlists are played though the app and I dont have to toggle back and forth. That 50 lbs is on the way out!
