Absolutely love this App
Took me from only being able to run 30 seconds to a mile and half in just 3 weeks! I run every week 3 to 4 days as it fits into my schedule as opposed to every other day as suggested; but it helps me stay goal focused in obtainable chunks. I would recommend to any novice would be runner!
