I did it!
I quit smoking and started running right away to motivate myself. I never ran before and to be honest never thought I would. I started running for 30 seconds and thought I was going to be sick and thought this was the most I would ever do - Believe it or not! Now after 6 weeks I run 20 minutes with a 3 minute break after 15 minutes straight! I am doing it thanks to this program. I never got discouraged because it was gradual! Highly recommended for the non-believers!
